Alabama District United Pentecostal Church International

This religious organization of churches was looking for a way to bring their departments together, keep track of documents, boost cloud security, and make it easier to welcome new directors. After looking into it, I suggested using Google Workspace for Non-Profits.

First, we needed to add their domain name to Google Workspace so everyone could get an organization email through their website. This makes things easier to manage, looks more professional than using personal Gmail accounts, and creates a unified environment.

Once their domain was in Google Workspace, I started setting up shared drives, creating organizational groups for each ministry and department, and securing their existing documents by creating rules for file sharing outside of the custom domain.

I also created custom templates for their policies and procedures, as well as standard templates for documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
